I'm Jen, former Senior Director at Levi's and VP at Ariat.

I've spent 20+ years leading creative teams at global brands, and I've seen firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in corporate environments.

I know what it's like to feel overlooked in rooms where your creative perspective should be front and center. To have brilliant ideas but struggle to get them heard.
