  • Wiseroom Studio’s coaching program is designed specifically for creative executives in fashion and other creative industries. Over six months, we focus on building your leadership presence, enhancing your decision-making, and strengthening your ability to influence teams without losing your authenticity. Unlike generic executive coaching, this program addresses the unique pressures of senior creative leadership, helping you stay grounded while leading under high-stakes conditions.

  • Real, sustainable growth takes time. In months 1-2, we uncover what’s throwing you off balance and where self-doubt sneaks in. Months 3-4 focus on implementing practical leadership habits that strengthen confidence, courage, and calm under pressure. By months 5-6, these strategies are fully integrated into your day-to-day leadership: leading, communicating, and making decisions from a place of clarity and trust in yourself. Accelerating the program can produce surface-level change that cracks under pressure.

  • Absolutely. Through tailored creative leadership coaching, you’ll build presence, influence, and authenticity that sticks, even in high-pressure corporate or fashion industry environments. Our coaching helps you move from reacting to leading with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

  • Within weeks, you’ll notice improvements in confidence, decision-making, and influence. The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment provides immediate clarity on your leadership energy and patterns. By the end of the program, you’ll have actionable strategies for leading with calm, presence, and resilience… impacting engagement, retention, and team performance.

Time & Commitment

  • Most sessions are 50 minutes, with optional 15-minute Booster Sessions. Between sessions, you might have exercises or habit tracking, but never more than an hour per week. Like physical training, the real transformation happens in how you apply these strategies between sessions.

  • Definitely. We offer early morning (8 AM PST) and evening (6 PM PST) sessions, plus emergency 15-minute Boosters. You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. This flexible structure works around even the busiest executive schedules in creative industries.

  • If you’re juggling deadlines, travel, family, and burnout, it may feel impossible. But continuing without support keeps the stress loops active. Coaching gives you the tools to make decisions with clarity, maintain your presence, and reclaim energy. You’ll stop spinning plates and start leading from strength instead of exhaustion.

  • The ELI assessment, rated by Forbes as one of the top three executive assessments, transforms abstract energy patterns into actionable insights. The 90-minute debrief provides clarity, choice, and a roadmap for building grounded confidence and balanced leadership. Available in individual or 360 formats, it accelerates results.

  • They’re fully actionable. Every session focuses on practical leadership tools, habit building, and real-world application for creative executives navigating high-pressure environments.

Guarantee, Confidentiality & Support

  • If after 90 days you don’t feel more confident and present, I add three extra sessions at no charge. Results typically start showing within weeks when you’re ready to do the work.

  • Absolutely. In line with ICF ethics, your name, company, and session content are strictly protected. You can speak freely, knowing our work is fully confidential.

  • Yes. I understand executive schedules are packed. You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, and I offer flexible times and emergency Boosters to fit around your busy leadership calendar.
