Who I Am
I'm Jen, former Senior Director at Levi's and VP at Ariat.
I've spent nearly 3 decades leading creative teams at global brands, working inside fast-moving, high-pressure corporate environments. I’ve built brands, led large teams, and partnered closely with executive leadership, boards, and stakeholders where creative perspective is expected, but not always prioritized.
I know what it's like to feel overlooked in rooms where your creative perspective should carry weight. To have strong instincts and proven experience, yet hesitate to speak. To feel like you're playing smaller than your capabilities while carrying the pressure of leadership. From the outside, it looks like success. From the inside, it feels like quiet burnout.
My own burnout didn’t arrive all at once. It was subtle. Compounding. And without a strong support system around me, finding my way back would have taken far longer. That experience is why I do this work now: to offer the kind of energy-giving, strategic support I once needed, so you can show up fully for yourself and the teams who rely on you.
Why Wiseroom exists
Wiseroom exists because even the strongest creative leaders get tired.
Not in obvious ways, and not all at once. It happens gradually, as the weight of responsibility compounds and the pressure to hold everything together never really lets up. Creative work moves fast, squeezed between deadlines and high expectations. There’s very little space to slow down, think clearly, find balance, or be genuinely creative. When you’re that depleted, speaking up can feel impossible.
What looks like pulling back is often self-protection. What feels like lost confidence is usually overwhelm.
Wiseroom was created to provide that missing space. A place where senior creative leaders can quiet the internal noise, reconnect with their voice, create strategies to balance it all, and step back into the room.
How I work
This isn’t generic coaching or one-size fits all confidence work.
Wiseroom provides strategic leadership support for creative executives, grounded in real-world experience and informed by executive coaching techniques and energy leadership principles. My work follows ICF coaching guidelines, which means everything is confidential, ethical, and centered on you, not prescriptions or performance scripts.
If you’re wondering how this is different from other leadership coaching, that’s fair. The work isn’t theoretical. We focus on real situations as they’re happening. The conversations you’re avoiding (but happen anyway), the rooms that feel charged, the moments where pressure starts to quiet your voice. We work with what’s actually happening in the room, not hypotheticals.
This work creates the space your voice needs to come back.
What Changes
Clients come to Wiseroom because their energy is tied up. They’re still ambitious and dedicated, but their level of stress takes more out of them than they’re getting back.
Over time, the fatigue eases.
They stop draining their energy second-guessing, rehearsing, and managing the room.
They start speaking earlier, with more clarity, and with less internal friction.
Their thinking and ability to articulate ideas carry weight again. Decisions move forward.
Teams respond. Leadership feels connective and energizing instead of depleting.
Clients report having more internal resources and capacity again. And a clearer voice
